Ps. A.R. Bernard

A.R. Bernard

A.R. Bernard, one of the most profound
bible preachers preacher of all times,
is the founding Pastor of Christian Cultural.
This church currently has over 31,000 members

Here’s roughly what Ps. A.R. Bernard taught us that day.
I didn’t really get a hundred percent of it so you might probably think
that these scribbled points are quite scattered.
But yea. Try to get something, even if its just one point.
For me personally, the sermon caught me when he was talking
about the early churches and what a big influence they were causing
to the Roman Empire. Thinking about my own life,
do I have the qualities those Christians had that drew not only the people
but also those in the authorities?
Knock Knock! Checking Time.

Cosmology: Understamding of the origin and development of earth(physical and cultural)

People move from places to places because they lack focus. To focus, we need to have..
1. Clearly Articulated world view(biblical)
2.Core Values
-Core values protect ourthinking. Actions are affected by our thoughts.
-Core values bring our conscience into accounatbility.
-Our conscience CANNOT make decisions for our actions but it can JUDGE your actions.
3.Core purpose
-Your core purpose affects your activities.
-Don’t confuse your movement with progress.
-Inconsistency is the testimony of immaturity.

Why was Christianity so influencial in the Roman Empire?
1. The uncompromising zeal of the Christian coviction
2. Doctrine of Present and future life with improvement of the human condition
3. The miraculous power experienced in the Christian church
(Not just talking philosophy, but working with POWER!)
4. The pure and high moral and spiritual discipline
5. The uniting presence of the church
(Power to bring people together under the influence of their faith)

All these impressed the Roman Empire during those days.

Christian IN CULTURE is a Christian empowered by the Holy Spirit, based and structured on the Word of God. It is not compromising Christian values.
We don’t have to wait for the future(Heaven) for great things to come, great things should be happening NOW!

Restoration begins in the church.
